These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the You Talk Life website and services ("Services") provided by You Talk Life ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

You Talk Life offers online space for real, honest conversation sessions that provide a supportive opportunity to talk, reflect, and share. Our services are intended for adults (18+) and do not constitute therapy or mental health treatment.
 

📅 2. Booking and Payment

  • Sessions must be booked through our official booking system.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.

  • Payment is processed securely through third-party providers.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing or session availability at any time.
     

❌ 3. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your session for a full refund or reschedule.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.

  • No-shows are considered used sessions and are not eligible for refund.
     

🔒 4. Confidentiality and Respect

  • All sessions are confidential. We do not record or share session content unless required by law.

  • You Talk Life maintains a zero-tolerance policy for:

    • Vulgar, explicit, or offensive language

    • Abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior

    • Discriminatory remarks or actions

Any violation of these standards will result in immediate session termination without refund and may restrict your ability to book future sessions.
 

⚡️ 5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • Coaching services are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, medical advice, or emergency services.

  • You accept full responsibility for your decisions and actions following a session.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, You Talk Life disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from your use of our Services.
     

🌐 6. User Conduct

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their enjoyment of the Services.
 

🛍️ 7. Intellectual Property

All content on the You Talk Life website, including logos, text, graphics, and videos, is the property of You Talk Life and may not be used or reproduced without our written permission.
